Mama Shelter Prague Hotel

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the center of the hip and vibrant part of the city. Being so close to everything made exploring the city a breeze. The tram stop, just a short walk away, was a great convenience and allowed us to reach the city center in just 5 minutes. Our room was fantastic, with a clean and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was small but very usable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, beverages, and fruits. We also enjoyed the amazing view from our room on the 8th floor. The hotel facilities, such as table soccer and billiards in the lobby, were a hit with our family.

The price for one night was a bit on the higher side, which was a bit of a drawback.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, providing a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The TV had a selection of free movies, a nice bonus for some evening entertainment. The restaurant on-site also was great with its tasty and diverse menu. I appreciated that it was open on certain days when other restaurants in the area were not. The convenient tram stop right outside the hotel made getting around the city easy. I would definitely recommend Mama Shelter for a great stay in Prague.

The hotel had amazing bar area, lovely staff, comfortable and fashionable rooms, fine bathroom, cleanliness.

Great design and stylish atmosphere. The interiors are really fashionable and trendy. The hotel has a unique and chic design all around, from the lobby to the plated breakfast. It's a great place for young couples looking for a romantic escape. The rooms are tastefully decorated with warm and calm tones, creating a cozy ambiance. Plus, the bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. And let's not forget about the amazing view from the room, it's definitely worth mentioning.

One major downside was the lack of a kettle in the room. It would've been nice to have the convenience of making a cup of tea or coffee in our own room.

Delicious breakfast, great location for exploring Prague, rooms with a nice view, fun lobby with pinball machines and arcade games, public transport ticket machine in the building, near a shopping center.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

Spacious room, free movies, walking distance to old town. Excellent choice of hot and cold breakfast items, quirky decor, plenty of seating areas. Convenient tram links, local Czech bars and restaurants nearby. English-fluent staff, very helpful and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us with a tram station just across the street, making it easy to explore the city. The area around this place was very vibrant with plenty of shops and commercial services nearby. The room amenities were great with everything we needed like an in-room safe, mini-bar, and air-conditioning. The staff were excellent, helpful, and ready to assist us with everything we needed.

The only downside we can think of is that this hotel is not recommended for families. However, we loved the fact that this hotel had great facilities such as room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a bustling city. The location is perfect - right in the center of Prague with a tram station just across the street, making it easy to explore all the vibrant areas. The rooms are well-designed and offer a great view on the 9th floor. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is a highlight, with a great variety of food that caters to all tastes.

All aspects of this hotel were great, nothing to improve.
